Cam Hitchcock

Cam Hitchcock is an executive with over 15 years of Chairman and CEO experience in the automotive and financial services industries. He is dedicated to building high-performance teams and delivering superior shareholder value, focusing on growth and talent development.

 

Cam led the XLerate Group (now America's Auto Auction) as CEO from 2014 to 2022, expanding the business from six locations to 39 with a strong digital presence and an integrated finance company. From 2012 to 2024 he served as Executive Chairman at Primeritus Financial Services.

 

With 35 years in operational, financial, and investment banking roles, Cam has held leadership positions at companies from middle market to Fortune 150. He was previously an executive officer at ADESA and a board member at National Powersports Auctions and QCSA.

 

Cam holds an A.B. from Wabash College and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He and his wife, Becky, have five children and live in the Indianapolis area.
